The other day, I had the opportunity to talk with the principal of the Japanese language school near my office. He told us the harsh environment of the life of foreign students. Most of them are from Asian countries.
Unfortunatly some of them visited Japan without having enough money and life plans.
先日私は日本語学校の校長とお話しする機会があり、外国人留学生の生活の過酷さを教えていただきました。外国人留学生の多くはアジア諸国の出身で、
残念なことに中には十分なお金もライフプラン（日本に来て何をするか、何を学ぶか、働くのか、もしくは短期滞在か）も持たずに日本を訪れる学生もいるのだそうです。

We would like to make a suggestion of "their life plan".
Conveying them the knowledge of current status around them and the necessity of the Japanese social insurance system can help them.
私たちはそんな彼らにライフプランをつくるようオススメしたいのです。
（外国人労働者の生活の）現状を知り日本の社会保険制度を知ることは、彼らの助けになると思うのです。

○They should clarify what they do and their purpose to stay in Japan.
○And it is necessary to make their long-term life plan in Japan.
○日本に滞在する目的を明確にすること
○日本での長期滞在を考慮したライフプランの作成が必要です。
